We Remodel houses.

Like many of our customers, the Moriguchi family had a basement that wasn’t being used to its full potential. Their home had limited space upstairs, so the family really needed a more functional area downstairs. We extended the house 6 feet to make room for a new staircase, and also installed steel support beams to eliminate unwanted posts that were hindering the use of the basement. Opening the space up provided new opportunities—thanks to the built-in bookshelves, cabinets, and an entertainment center (not to mention new windows and a heating system with in-floor hydronic heat), it is an inviting place to gather. The living area also includes an office, bedroom, bath, and laundry nook, effectively doubling the size of the home.
