We Remodel houses.

When Katie and Justin were expecting their first child, all of a sudden the inefficiencies of their 1930s Tudor home became clear—they needed living spaces that would work for a family. And the unfinished attic had a lot of potential for a master suite. Working within the existing roofline, we created a clean, modern feel by installing custom white cabinetry, skylights, and a bathroom with white subway tile—all contributing to a spacious feel in an area that isn’t actually all that spacious. We also built a walk-in closet that, like the bathroom, features storage under the lowest points of the ceiling, maximizing all usable space. The entire home was rewired at the same time, with new heating and air-conditioning systems added as well. After this project, Katie and Justin asked us to remodel the kitchen for their growing family.
