This small mid-century home in Seattle was clearly in need of a complete transformation—but it was important to Lauren and Travis that the new design maintain the original aesthetic while adding a bit of playfulness. We gutted and remodeled the entire home, including the space outside on the tight lot. The project included a new kitchen, two bathrooms, windows, and siding, all contributing to a look that is both modern and classic. All-new electrical, plumbing, and heating systems were installed as well.
