‘Cobalt was a pleasure to work with, and brought the project in both on time and on budget.’

Once you’re ready to move forward, here’s what you can expect.
One
Clarity and accuracy. We’ll meet with you and then provide a clear, thorough, accurate estimate. You want to know what you’re paying before the project starts—and we’re not going to give you a quote that looks great today but then jumps by 20% once the work begins.
Transparency on timing. We take the same transparent approach when it comes to time estimates, too. We’ll always be up front about not only the what, but the when.
two
Collaboration. We work seamlessly with your architect or interior designer to achieve your vision, drawing on our experience to offer suggestions if we see an opportunity to improve an aspect of the project.
Support from trusted partners. Building things is what we do best—so it’s our sole focus. We subcontract the parts of your project that other companies can do better than us, such as electrical and plumbing. Over 30 years, we’ve built a roster of partners we know and trust.
Respect for you and your space. Throughout the project, we clean up our work sites and operate politely and professionally. We also strive to give you some semblance of a normal life if you’re living in the home while the work is happening—we’ve even created temporary kitchens so families could keep cooking while we built their dream kitchen.
Solid, frequent communication. Just as important as any of the work itself, we keep you in the loop at every stage of the project.

We’re not going to lie: Having your home remodeled isn’t always an easy experience, especially for busy professionals and their families. But that doesn’t mean it can’t be a great experience.
